Value Scales
Directions: Complete at least four of the value scales using PEN to show textures, lines or
patterns that are applicable to your artwork. Remember that 0 (zero) is white, and 4 (four) is filled
in solid using texture, line, or pattern. The value scale must clearly show an incremental
darkening of value from zero to four.
