The Swedish government gave a Parliamentary
Committeee the task to map Swedish circular
migration and to identify factors that influence
peoples ability to migrate
Statistics Sweden was assigned to provide statistics
on the measurable migration
Statistical definition
persons that on last of December 2009 lived in
Sweden and in migration purpose had crossed the
border at least two times during the period 19692009.

Facilitate circulation for all migrants!
Scholarship activities for students from third country should be
extended
Family members to a person who has been granted residence
permits for studies should be able to be granted work permit
International students should be able to be granted residence
permit during 6 months after finished studies
Swedish authorities should offer counseling and support to
entrepreneurs from developing countries who wishes to start
a business in their country of origin
