POSITION SUMMARY Responsibilities: First point of contact for customer issues with products or services Interact with customers through email and telephone Create and maintain accurate call records Initiate and maintain data collection and database validation Call assignment (e.g. to field service technician) Routine repair Status Management (Scheduling, Web Site) Routine (non -financial) my avidyne.com customer database management Service Information distribution and follow-up Service Bulletins creation Tech Tips to assist dealers in troubleshooting Installation/ Operation data updates Service Center Administration Product service histories data collection Requirements: AS degree in technical area: BSEE preferred + 2 years experience in aerospace technical customer support certificated A&P and or FCC license preferred Experience in Aerospace repair operations highly desired Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated computer user expertise (www, MS Office applications, Oracle) Effective contributor in a team oriented environment Understand digital, and analog system integration. Understand FAA documents pertaining to certification and compliance. Familiar with FAR’s 135, 43, 91, 25 operations. Pilots license preferred. Familiar with avionics field test equipment.
