→ A registration fee of CHF 200 will be charged and must be paid before completing
your application.
PART 1
DIGITAL PORTFOLIO / ARTISTIC TASK / ENCLOSURES
Submission of your work
21 March 2022 (by 09:00)
to 24 March 2022 (until 17:00)
Your application documents must include:
max. file size: 1GB
→ a digital portfolio / selection of your work (images and films)
→ the artistic task consisting of:
→ a film idea
→ a film critique
→ a storyboard
→ mood boards
The artistic task will be posted online on 25 February 2022. The link for the
task will be sent by email.
→ a motivational letter
→ your CV
Notification of acceptance part 1
until 6 April 2022
If your application has been accepted, an invitation with a date for the interview will
be sent to you by email. Rejected applications will also be communicated by email.
PART 2
INTERVIEW
11 April to 14 April 2022
Content: Presentation of individual work documentation, motivation, goals
Duration: 30 minutes
Please make yourself available for the
entire interview period.

DECISION ON ADMISSION
Notification of acceptance
until 11 May 2022
Accepted applications and defi nite rejections will be communicated until 11 May
2022. The student agreement needs to be signed and returned within seven days.
Applicants who meet the admission requirements of their chosen programme,
but are not admitted due to limited space, will be put on a waiting list. This will be
communicated by email. Students on the waiting list will be informed as quickly as
possible if a study place becomes available. Please note that we will not provide any
information by phone.
Rejection of study place
until 31 May 2022
Pursuant to the decision of the Conference of Swiss Colleges of Art and Design
(CHAD) of 3 May 2012, an offer of admission may be declined without cost implications
before 31 May. This ruling applies to the Zurich University of the Arts, the Lucerne
University of Applied Sciences and Arts, the Bern University of Applied Sciences and
the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland.
Admissions from waiting list:
until early June 2022
Accepted applications from the waiting list will be notified by email until early June
2022.
