Experience
Keelin Curran is a partner of the firm with over 20 years' experience advising
employers. She has extensive experience advising health care entities from hospitals
to clinics on a range of complex employment issues such as ADA accommodation,
leave law, EEO and OFCCP compliance, executive and physician contracts, personnel
policies, wage and hour issues, union strategy issues, internal investigations,
terminations and reductions in force. She provides health care employers with training
on appropriate workplace conduct and anti-harassment policies, social media and
other current issues, and FMLA, ADA and wage and hour compliance. She also
represents health care employers in agency charges and employment litigation where
she aims to get cases resolved or dismissed early and in a cost-effective manner, and
go to trial if necessary.
