Service Providers (TCSPs)
If you come across an ASP or TCSP who does not appear to be regulated under the Money
Laundering Regulations 2007 or that appears to be ignoring the regulations, please consider
completing the following steps:


see if you can find out the name of their supervisory body (eg. do they refer to an
accountancy body on their website, marketing materials or letterheads);
if you can’t find the name of a known supervisor, please contact HMRC on their confidential
enquiry lines: 0800 595 000 or 01702 366 312.
