WHEREAS, the Student Senate of UW-Eau Claire strives to have

transparency in policy; and

WHEREAS, the Campus Affairs Commission is continually looking for ways
4
to improve policy to better help students and the organizations they are a part of;

and

WHEREAS, these changes reflect current practices of the Campus Affairs
Commission;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the bylaw changes in Attachment “A” be
implemented immediately; and
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that upon passage, President Wrasse transmit a

copy of this bill to Dr. James Schmidt, Chancellor; Dr. Patricia Kleine, Provost/Vice
12
Chancellor; Dr. Beth Hellwig, Vice Chancellor, Student Affairs; Dr. Joseph Abhold,
13
Dean of Students; Mitch Freymiller, Chair, University Senate; and Kristen
14
Hendrickson, Director, Budget and Resource Planning.
