After learning some basic Chinese language, do you want learn more? Please follow us, we offer another
chance to learn forward.
The course is designed for those who have completed Elementary Chinese Level 1 or have basic knowledge of
the Chinese language. Its primary aim and purpose is to provide a better understanding of, and familiarity with
basic Chinese and culture. You will be exposed to more simplified characters and sentence structures that they
are used in every day conversation.

Learning Outcomes
1. Practical Skills
Upon completion of this course, you will:
• Be able to conduct conversations in Chinese on a range of topics;
• Be able to talk about locations and addresses;
• Be able to ask and talk about the time and someone’s daily routine;
• Be able to ask and talk about hobbies and request.
• Be able to talk about someone’s personal information;
• Feel more comfortable using basic Chinese vocabulary.
2. Linguistic Knowledge
Upon completion of this course, you will:
• Learn the required vocabulary;
• Enhanced understanding Chinese phonetics, tones and rhythms;
• Understanding sentences commonly used in a range of everyday topics;
• Understand more basic simplified Chinese characters.
3. Cultural Awareness
Your language learning experience will be complemented with an exploration of culture. You will be exposed
to something about Chinese culture and history, customs and social etiquette, value systems and some current
affairs.
Everyone interested in learning some more Chinese language will be warmly welcomed to our course.
