This subject will treat not only the reforms of the Republican period, but also those of the Ottoman period that led to the foundation of the Turkish Republic. This course is a unified approach including the political, economic and social aspects of Turkish reforms. This semester will concentrate on the reforms of the Ottoman period that led to the foundation of the Turkish Republic.
