TITLE: ALLOTMENT NOTICE TO QUIT
RECOMMENDATIONS: To authorise the issuing of a Notice to Quit to the listed
tenant.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: Tenant (Plot 33, Tindall Street) has failed to comply with the
Council’s rule as to allotment gardens, in that the allotment gardens are not cultivated wholly or
mainly to the extent of over fifty per cent of the total area.
