Participants are kindly requested to obtain their Entry Visas from the Egyptian Embassies/Consulates
available in their countries, if needed.
Transportation:
Transportation from/to Airport to from the Hotel is to be arranged by each participant individually.
Transportation from Flamenco Hotel to the meeting venue and back will be provided by the organizers on the
days of the meeting.
