The storm is moving northwest at a speed of just
three kilometers per hour.
The Central Weather Bureau probably will issue on Tuesday a
land warning for typhoon KOPPU which has hit the Philippines
yesterday.
Tainan City Government did not announce the closure of
schools and offices when previous typhoon Dujuan attacked
Taiwan.
The government has issued a warning to residents that the typhoon
may cause landslide and flood.
There are two typhoon approaching Taiwan this week. I hope
everything will be alright.
