Description of the Initiative (in less than 10 lines), including, as appropriate elements on size and
scale of the initiative:
Create pluridisciplinary scientific community in order to promote collaborative
projects with various partenrs in order to inform public policy makers and economic
players on the basis of food choices, dietary practices and consumer behaviors and
on their impacts on health and environment. The programme aims also at providing
and experiencing levers to act on them for making healthy and sustainable choices
the easiest ones for the citizens.
Results: Several research projects are on-going, targeting in particular: food policy;
food consumption biomarkers; development of sustainable sources of proteins for
feed and food; etc.
