Beyond your PhD: Extra-Training Courses
During your PhD, you must intend training programmes
aiming to widen your scientific and professional knowledge
- Montpellier SupAgro offers French language courses (FLE)
throughout the year as well as a Summer Course, “AgriCultures” in July-August which includes four weeks of
intensive French courses going with cultural & agricultural
activities, visits of local businesses,… and followed by a three
weeks individual internship in a French family farm.

- Reviewed by a Scientific Advisor

5. A proof of the funding of your Thesis
6. A certificate of public liability
7. A recent ID photo (required for your student
card)
8. The payment of your registration fee (372
Euro - excluding health insurance)

Please find below the information required and
the administrative process in order to complete
your application
1. Go to the website of the ADUM
(http://www.adum.fr/index.pl) create your account,
fill your online application and finish by
submitting your entry.
2. Edit & print the following documents, after
your entry is confirmed:
1. The Thesis charter
2. The registration approval
3. The ADUM certificate of registration
3. Make an appointment with your doctoral
school for any additional formalities
4. Get a signature from your Thesis Director,
the Laboratory Director and the Director of
your Doctoral School for the Thesis charter and
the registration approval.
5. Once your documents are signed, please
bring your full application to the Doctoral
schools’ office: Building 1 – Montpellier
SupAgro to enroll.
Pre-registration in the 2 year of PhD is
mandatory before the end of October
next year after your first enrolment
IJoint Doctorate
If you are planning a joint doctorate
supervision, please find the agreement

The full application must include:
1. The charter Thesis (signed)

4. A copy of your Master degree or another
degree of equivalent level.
