Find: Vertebral, follow it superiorly
Make sure everything is deselected (i.e. no structures in light blue)
Hide: Occipital bone
Find: Basilar
Go back to Circulatory tab.

You can also view the mesenterics in 19. Lower Region II by selecting small
and large intestine, then Fading them.
