Information for Applicants
Who is eligible to apply?
To be eligible to apply for the IARU Summer Global Internship Program @NUS, you must:
 be a current enrolled degree seeking student at one of the IARU universities (except National
University of Singapore): Australian National University; ETH Zurich; Peking University; University
of California, Berkeley; University of Cambridge; University of Copenhagen; University of Oxford;
The University of Tokyo; or Yale University;
 have completed at least one full year of university study; and
 be fluent in English.
How do I apply?
Complete the following Application Form and forward it electronically to the IARU Coordinator at NUS by
Friday, 28 February 2014, 2359hr Singapore time.
NUS may request for an interview via Skype or other medium during the selection process. Applicants
and their home universities will be notified of their application status by Friday, 14 March 2014.
Please note that shortlisted students will be required to respond to the NUS offer by Friday, 21 March
2014.
How do I enroll in NUS?
Upon acceptance of the NUS offer, successful applicants have to submit their online application by
Friday, 28 March 2014. Hard copies of supporting documents must reach NUS by Friday, 4 April 2014.
The links will be provided via e-mail. The list of hard copy supporting documents required for enrollment
is as follows:

Printout of completed online application form, with a recent passport-sized photograph
Offer letter for internship in NUS
Academic transcript
Photocopy of passport particulars page
Letter by home university certifying approved internship
Failure to comply with the given deadlines may affect your internship.
