Our attempt will be to chronicle the development of the microprocessor, but we can’t
just start there. The development is preceded by other innovations that lead to it. We
will attempt to explain those.
How has the development of the microprocessor impacted our society our daily life?
Has it been positive or negative?
Also an invention of that magnitude creates other inventions, as well as other industries.
What does the future hold? What are the limits of the present technology? What new
technology will evolve from the microprocessor?
