Recruitment Matrix
The Recruitment Matrix is a tool for organizing what should go into a Position
Description and ensuring that all stakeholders with an interest in the position agree
beforehand on the main elements of the job and what percentage of time should be
allocated to each.
The Recruitment Matrix serves a second, important function in ensuring that
candidates are evaluated consistently.
