The programme will adopt a systematic approach to training and will include the following disciplines / roles; Human Performance Engineering, Curriculum Development, development and use of Advanced Simulation Products / Training Aids, Courseware development, Training and Education delivery and Trainee management. Specific Job Description: The selected candidate will join the Global Training Services team as the Documentation Manger overseeing the Design, development, and implementation of Document Management system. The successful candidate will Manage and maintain the Document Management System (DMS). Control the Configuration data of all elements of the training service in a highly regulated environment. Establish and maintain documentation baselines. Provide the delivery of all data to the customer. ] Support in analysing all potential changes for impact to training. Coordinate modification records for management control. Support change orders and prepares for change authorization and documentation by company and subcontractor. Review and analyse released engineering change data and coordinates changes with instructional designers/developers, Training Architect, quality, and engineering data control activities. Ensures that customer configuration requirements are implemented and reviews change accounting activity to ensure compliance with configuration management policies. Required Skills: Experience in working in a highly regulated technical environment. Experience as a Document Manager in a large scale organisation. Typical Minimum Education & Experience: Ideally require a Bachelors degree from an accredited college and capability typically achieved through proven professional experience.
