Science: We will continue our Force and Motion Unit.

Social Studies: We will continue our Geography Unit this

Language Arts: We will begin working on our Thanksgiving
Plays and continue our current writing pieces.

Save The Date
Our 13th Annual Cowboy Day in 2nd grade will be on
Friday, November 20th. Each child is encouraged to
dress like a cowboy or cowgirl. We will be
performing special plays for our parents. We will also
be serving a Cowboy Thanksgiving Style Feast
including Frito Chili Pies. Mark your calendars; you
don’t want to miss this!!!! Start planning ahead now
what your child will wear (jeans, boots, cowboy hats,
spurs, chaps, bandanas, etc.) What a special day we
have planned for our little 2nd grade bears!!!!! More
information about food will come home on
November 1st.
