ACTIVITY 3013B:
FOOD CHAINS
Food chains show the interrelationship of different animals and plants to their
environments and the food supply. Use the school lunch menu or student sack lunches to
construct possible food chains. Determine who or what would eat what is in the lunch
from the day the food started to grow whether it be plants or animals. Draw out your
constructed food chains on paper showing each step in the food chain.
