With whom does the reporter work? · The President– To keep an open line of communication with the president to keep updated on all chapter activities. To set up opportunities that will allow the president to promote the chapter. To identify members whose activities are worthy of publication. · The Vice President- To communicate with the vice president so as to stay apprised of upcoming events so that press releases and promotional flyers are generated before events and news releases can be written after events. To set up promotional activities for POA events. · The Secretary-To exchange community partner contact information so that thank you letters can be written. To communicate about upcoming events and work together to create informative bulletin boards. · The Treasurer- To establish a budget for and receive money for postage, scrapbook and promotional supplies, film, publishing and advertising. · The Sentinel- To acquire biographies of honored guests. To understand the purpose of meetings so that fellowship opportunities can be recorded. To communicate special set-up needs for media opportunities.
