Time Frame for Responsibilities/Duties
August/September
 Meet with Principal and School Administration to plan all needed maintenance to the courtyard and as a
committee plan out the school year maintenance of the courtyard.
o Report updates on plan throughout the year to the PTSA Board
 Incorporate all plans updates/requests provided from the PTSA General Membership Meetings quorum
decisions
 Clean landscape and weed flower beds whenever necessary
