Story Criteria
In writing your story, keep the following in mind. You need to have:






All noun constructions (they are listed below)
2 verb tenses – Present and Future
At least 2 1st or 2nd person verbs
A coherent story line – have a main character to help you – give them a Latin
name!
A full use of vocabulary – don’t just use words from the beginning of the
year
At least 8 sentences
Subject
Direct Object
Predicate Nominative
Place to Which
Possession
Place Where
HINT – Don’t write the story in English first and then try and translate it – write
it in Latin as you go. Ask me for help with vocabulary.
