The meeting was called to order @ 2:08 p.m.
The September 13, 2010 regular meeting minutes were approved
Fall Forum agenda has been finalized, topics are:
-Wellness
-Benefits
-Council Reports
-Town Hall Meeting.
Bagels, Fruit Trays, Pastries, Yogurt, Coffee have been secured for the Fall
Forum. Panera is providing bagels which are being funded by “Signature
Systems” and Phil Lutz.
Planning for PDD is going well.
 West Campus Events Center, 8-111, is reserved for the event.
 Shelby created a program which Shauna reviewed.
 Liz confirmed the participants for the workshops.
Amy Bosley has asked for a volunteer for an Internal Communication
Strategy Design Team which would require a meeting per month through
February. Liz volunteered.
College Planning Council – Josh Murdock reported:
-The CPC is beginning the annual strategic planning cycle by convening the
four volunteer goals teams on Oct 22 and that be releasing the reports
written by the 09-10 goal teams on progress on the goals in 09-10, and
starting the work of updating progress in 2010-11;
-CPC will be recruiting the Data and Situational/Needs Analysis Team this
Fall. That team will gather and review data from external and internal
sources, and develop a new written analysis in 2011-12. It is on that
analysis that the new plan for 2013-18 will be based;
-The Budget and Financial Advisory Committee will be assisting in
gathering college-wide input into the budget principles to guide in
creation of the 2011-12 college budget.

COC – Elisha Gonzalez-Bonnewitz (no report at this time)
Wellness – Debi reported that Wellness will not be part of Learning Day
this year and Learning Day may be off campus.
Don Burlinson took photos of members for the PSLT web site.
A group photo will be scheduled at a later time.
