1. Please see the Addendum #4 Bid Sheets that reflect the following changes.

The following lines have been deleted from this bid. If a bidder has already submitted a bid for an equivalent
item should be aware that no award is going to be made for the following items.

Line 13, 14, 113, 130-133, 138, 153, 154

Line 165 was issued on Addendum #1, and due to typographical error was not included on Addendum #2,
Addendum #3 was issued placing this item back on the bid however the part number was inadvertently left
off. Addendum #4 adds back the part number.

Line 147 is discontinued. Please provide the replacement product information if bidding on this item.

Line 214, 215 & 216 do not provide a minimum warranty specification. Please provide what your warranty is
as part of your bid package for evaluation.
