Everything I tried to set up kept having issues. Supervisor of elections come talk to you guys. He couldn’t come to this meeting so hopefully he can come to the net meeting. I’m going to try to show you the online voting system. Hopefully it doesn’t screw up. All applications are due on the 8th of October. We do have one disqualification going on today; they’re appealing it at 3 o’clock in the Judicial Branch. VII. Old Business None. VIII. New Business a. Online voting system This is the software we’ve been working on. The whole system works, the only glitch would be Daniel adding and removing ballots. You’ll get a link, click on it, and it brings you to this page. You can only log in and vote once. There are no ballots but when there are it will show the semester; you can click on them. All of the elections for that semester will be on the screen, whether or not you can vote in that election; that way you still know what’s going on. Look out for an email in the next 2 weeks for a sample ballot. You’ll use your N-number and password and that way we can see how it works. We’ll look at the system and I need you guys to see for any ways to change or upgrade the system; watch out for any hacks. I need you to read over the elections section, Title VI, specifically the violations. We’re going to be the ones writing bills to amend the constitution for online voting. I will be giving you a tiny quiz just to see what you guys know. IX. Appointments None. If you have any friends interested in Student Government tell them about the process. X. Announcements a.
