window can be installed in the door or the door can be replaced with a door with a
window at a reasonable cost.

Building 3, rooms 1301, 1302, 1321 and 1322

possibility that both departments could use the space.

location.
12.
Gender Neutral Restrooms
- Campus Planning provided a list of gender neutral restrooms now available on
campus. Student Affairs has requested that all renovations/new construction
should include gender neutral restrooms in all buildings. Zak Ovadia noted that
the building code now requires all new buildings to provide for gender neutral
restrooms. They have also requested that existing buildings that do not have
gender neutral restrooms be reviewed to see if there are restrooms that can be
changed to gender neutral restrooms.
13.
Storage for Drumline
- The UNF Drumline has been storing their equipment in a ticket box office at
Hodges Stadium for about 7 years and has recently been told it needs to be moved
due to the renovation plans of the Athletics department. A new storage area needs
to be identified for the Drumline, taking into account their location needs, near the
stadium. The space also needs to be conditioned and about 200 sf. Zak Ovadia
will look into a temporary solution of using a POD on the second floor of the
building or somewhere on the grounds near the stadium. Fire Marshal approval
would also have to be obtained if it is moved into the building.
