Start of Meeting
 Zach Halfin – Rain Water Collection
o Found another bid form Tank Town
 Its almost $3,000 cheaper than first bid
 Includes a usage meter
o There’s another company coming to place a bid on Monday
 Rain Savers (From Buda)
o We made copies of the bids
o Dr. Cade talked to the Chair of AG – he said it was still OK to put it
behind the AG Building
o Motion to vote to approve $12,000 for the bid – Hayat, 2nd Taylor
 Vote passes unanimously
o Zach called Tank Town
 It will only take one day to install
 $1000 down, and then the rest when finish
 Nathan will be taking over Brad’s job to oversee the accounts
o He will draft the “purchasing process” for the bylaws
