You can have multiple run controls, one for each report and/or process or you
can have one that is used for all reports and/or processes.
To create a new run control (this can be done on any page that uses a run control)
Click on ‘Add a New Value’
In the Run Control ID box, enter your operator id (what you used to sign into Peoplesoft)
– the case does not matter, it can be all upper or all lower or a combination.
If you are using separate run controls, enter a value that will make this unique for the
process being run, i.e. if you are running timesheets, your run control id could be
‘timesheets’ or just ‘time’; if you are running a PAR report it could be ‘PAR’.
Click the ‘Add’ button.
