The ex-Dean of Student Services failed to submit a 2011-12 budget while this program was assigned to
her. When the program was re-assigned to the Director of Financial Aid, it was deemed to be too late in
the 20011-12 academic year to remedy. The program has been operating in a deficit as a result.
