Ticks, crosses or letters are not acceptable. (2) The number of preferences indicated on the ballot paper is not less than the number of candidates required. You must vote for at least 1 candidate. (3) The ballot paper must be returned a small envelope which has been sealed and is contained in the larger envelope which has been endorsed with the signature and full name of the voter and the date upon which it is signed; and (4) The ballot paper must be in the hands of the Returning Officer not later than the close of business on {date}.
