The General Council meeting was called to order by President Jessica Willard at 4:00 pm at the PSU

e. PHA Delegate Retreat coming up. Look for an email coming out about that.

VP of Community Relations, Allyson Liefer (Liefer114@live.missouristate.edu)
a. PHA Liaison Applications will be available tomorrow. Due early February 1st, 5pm, to the OSE. Please
encourage your members to apply.
b. Annual Community Volunteer Fair Wednesday February 6 th from 11-2pm in the PSU 1st and 2nd floor
c. Martin Luther King Jr. Day Service Project Monday January 21st. Be at PSU 8am Monday to learn
what you will be doing. 169 participants are signed up already, only taking 200. It will run from 8am3pm.
d. Chapter Community Service and Philanthropy chairs – look out for an email this week about updates
and upcoming roundtables

VP of Membership Development, Meghan Farrell (Farrell14@live.missouristate.edu)
a. FSL Individual and Chapter Awards due this Friday, January 18, 2013 to
FSLAwards@missouristate.edu and then to the OSE, PSU 101 by 4:00 pm. Please have both
submissions turned in.
b. We will start doing the Panhellenic Creed the first meeting of each month. I will send out a reminder
before the meeting.

VP of Recruitment, Bonnie Kessel (Bonnie777@live.missouristate.edu)
a. All sororities successfully registered for the Winter Organization Fest and will be participating
Tuesday, January 22nd
b. First recruitment roundtable was Tuesday, January 15th
c. Rosters due Friday, January 18th determining if chapters will do Spring Recruitment or not
d. No fraternity t-shirts to be worn until after their Spring Recruitment is completed.
