The General Council meeting was called to order by President Jessica Willard at 4:00 pm at the PSU
400. The roll was called by Vice President of Administration, Kelly McCall.

a. Summer meeting July 20th. Having joint council at 11 am in Temple 001.
b. De-Stress Fest Thursday night from 9pm-12am. Games, food, chance to relax
c. Congratulations to Missouri State Sigma Kappa alum Dee Sisco who will be our new VP of Student
Affairs!
d. Today is Colleen’s last day with us. Thank you for all that you have done, we will miss you!
e. Have a great summer! 
f. NPHC Stroll Off Friday afternoon at 3:30 on Bear Paw

a. May 9th at 4pm is the last day to turn in paperwork, hours, etc.

a. Deadline for paperwork is September 6th at 4pm to OSE
c. Summer meeting
d. Remind philanthropy/community service chairs to check their emails frequently during the month of
June. A couple times a week would be great.

NEW BUSINESS
Bailie – New Member Day have 5 new members per chapter required to attend. $30 per person. Voting
on that at Summer Meeting.
Molly – propose: Greek Week Directors cannot hold exec position in their chapter during semester of
greek week. Selection process-after interview with previous directors, greek week advisor, recommend
applicants to IFC, PHA, NPHC, and vote from there. Voting on that at Summer Meeting.
