Erica is asking to add the Career Resource Center (CRC) to the list of sponsoring centers for the Special
Funds Request Form, as all other Student Leadership Centers (e.g. ASPCC, MC, WRC) are currently
sponsoring organizations. Mandy states that the reason they are not on the form is because they were not
on the radar when the form was updated. Suggestion to add the CRC to the list of sponsoring organizations
in the Special Funds Request form approved unanimously.

Special Funds Request- Erica Lee Barrios
CRC is asking for $480 in order to co-host the Single Parent Luncheon with the Women’s Resource Center.
This money will pay for the honorarium of their guest speaker who is an expert life coach, for decorations,
raffle prices, etc. The CRC and WRC are paying for the entire cost of food, and some gift baskets for this
event Suggestion to allocate $480 in Special Funds approved, 1 objection.

Discussion Items
4.1
Course Evaluations- Scott Huff
4:00pm-4:40pm
There are ongoing course evaluations online for nearly every class this term. The evaluations are
anonymous, and are open for two weeks before finals week. These evaluations are required by the new
faculty contract and the results are available to instructors once grades have been posted. Scott wants to
get the word out about these course evaluations, some suggestions are to do class raps, using monitors,
and for the Student Congress to spread the word out.
4.2
Alternative Spring Break- Mandy Ellertson
