The course introduces the social and transactional skills which a professional translator uses. It also focuses on training students to translate various passages that vary in content, length, language, genre, and so on. Students are taught how to use the dictionary skillfully and properly while practicing a wise time management. They are also introduced into the use of concordances to understand the meaning of words that have never been seen or heard used in real situations.
