1. Approval of the February 5, 2014, meeting minutes
Boostrom approved, Yu seconded.

Proposals
A.
Information Technology and Supply Chain Management
1)
New course: BEINDP 305 Health Services System
Leitheiser moved, Boostrom seconded. Leitheiser elaborated on the need for and overview
on a course such as this. The proposal was approved unanimously.
2)
New course: ITSCM 310 Enterprise Systems & Business Process Integration
Leitheiser moved, Kamal seconded. Leitheiser offered on the need for and overview on a
course such as this. The proposal was approved unanimously.
B.
Administrative Action: Move the Occupational and Environmental Safety programs
from the College of Education and Professional Studies to the College of Business and
Economics
Boostrom approved, Kamal seconded. Janet provided background information and
discussed potential impact. AACSB recognizes and accepts the specialized accreditation of
the Occupational and Environmental Safety program. The administrative action was
approved unanimously.
C.
New Certificate: Corporate Social Responsibility Certificate
Yu moved, Boostrom seconded. Dennis Kopf provided background information on the
Certificate.

Other Business
Discussion of the new proposed 100 level business course.
