Resolution to Approve Funds to the Holocaust Genocide Studies Project
Whereas, the Brighton Campus Student Government Association is charged with the
promotion of the general welfare on campus, and to provide programs of educational
value.
Be it resolved, that the Brighton Campus Student Government Association Senate
approve the fund request from Holocaust Genocide Studies Project for the amount of
$600.00.
Resolution to Approve A Student Life Fee Increase
Whereas, the Brighton Campus Student Government Association is charged with the
promotion of the general welfare on campus, and to provide programs of educational
value.
Be it resolved, that the Brighton Campus Student Government Association approve the
Student Life Fee Increase of $3.75 for 12+ credits, $3.00 for 9-11 credits, $1.25 for 5-8
credits, and $.75 for 1-4 credits.
Resolution to Support Newly Chartered Clubs
Whereas, the Student Senate is charged with chartering clubs and organization, and
Whereas, newly chartered clubs and organizations have a membership base, and
Whereas, these newly chartered clubs and organizations need funds to begin
programming and promotion,
Be it resolved, that the Student Government Association will allocate start-up funds in the
amount of $150.00 from the Senate Contingency Account to all newly chartered clubs
and organizations.
