Terms of Reference Interns / Fellows Government Partnerships Division (PGG) Team B The incumbent will support the team in reorganizing the data archiving system, and will help other members of the Team as needed and will be responsible for a wide variety of assignments including but not limited to the following: Assist in researching background and assembling official WFP documents, particularly correspondence and briefing material; Gather and analyze information on archiving best practices and needs of DROs, Staff Assistants and Programme Assistants in Team B; Design an appropriate archiving solution, if necessary liaising with IT to follow in house procedures; Participate in all aspects of Team activities including weekly and strategic meetings; Perform other duties as and when required. Essential qualifications Enrolled as a student in IT, Business management, Digital archiving, Knowledge management, or related; Excellent IT skills; Fluent English. Desirable qualifications / skills Experience in using databases; Experience in developing archiving systems; Second UN language. 3 September 2013
