Genocide is a crime often perceived to be perpetrated by only men. However, many overlook the role
of women in carrying out genocide. Wendy Lower, Ph.D., author of Hitler’s Furies: German Women in
the Nazi Killing Fields, will discuss the complicity of over 500,000 women in Nazi Germany and their role
in enacting the Holocaust against the Jews.
No reservations are necessary. $10 general public, $5 students, free to Mitchell Hamline law students.
