Review Board – status of new clubs – Michelle Rahim a) Asian Club – The Club has yet to be approved. Will meet next Wednesday to review the constitution. 2. Finance – Igor Letitchevski a) No budget request. Adviser Report – Janice Watanabe Blood Mobile Report for Sept 30th, Oct 1st and 2nd: Thanks to all the clubs who helped out. The winners of the bloodmobile contest were announced. First prize winner was Anthropology Club with 68 points; 833 donors. Second prize winner was Rotaract with 9 donors and117 hours. Third place was CKI. VI. Business Items - none VII. Information Items A. I.C.C. Homecoming – Nicole Teixeira, Walter Mendez, Lucy Rivera and Ana Safazada 1. Review of Homecoming activities – 17 days until Homecoming! 2. Queen/King candidate applications are due on Fri October 31st! 3. Club Banner Contest – Judging at Pep Rally on November 11th. 4. Spirit Week activities – November 11th-13th. 5. Homecoming Dance – Advance ticket sales. B. I.C.C. Children’s Holiday Party – Brandon Davis and Ana Safazada 1. Club participation- craft tables and other volunteer opportunities. C. Keytrain Program ( 5 minute presentation ) – Angie Dimicco, Project Coordinator ECC Business Training Center 1. A program designed to help the students with not only what you need for a job, but also how to get the job. 2. It’s a free program for all students. Helps with writing, reading, business skills, etc. 3. Location: 2nd floor in the ECC library. Fliers passed out. VIII. Next I.C.C. Meetings A. Cabinet and Finance Committee Meeting – Monday, November 3rd at 12pm in the I.C.C. Office. Club Budget Requests for approval at the next I.C.C. meeting are due on Friday, October 31th (see ICC Club Budget Request Procedures) B.
