Call to Order/Welcome
Walter Mendez (I.C.C. President) called the meeting to order at 12:05pm. Quorum was
established.

1. President – Walter Mendez
a) The resignation of Vice President Juan Rodriguez was announced.
2. Review Board – status of new clubs - Michelle Rahim
a) The Review Board met to review the petition and constitution of the Asian Club
and they have met the requirements for approval as a new club.
B. Adviser Report – Janice Watanabe
1. New Field Trips Policy to be discussed at the Student Senate meeting on Thurs., Nov.
6th at 1:00pm in the Cafeteria Stadium Room. Public welcome.

B. Approval of New Club – Michelle Rahim
1. The Asian Club – Alicia Liem and Betsy Liu presented the club’s purpose and goals.
 It was moved by Environmental Club and seconded by the Veteran’s Club to
approve the Asian Club as a new club. Motion passed.
C. Approval of Finance Committee Recommendation – Igor Letitchevski
1. Approval of 2008 Homecoming Budget – a copy of the proposed budget was
distributed to the council members.
 It was moved by Alpha Gamma Sigma and seconded by the Architecture Club to
approve the 2008 Homecoming Budget of $1500 from the I.C.C. Homecoming
Acct. #836505; $300 for fundraising from the I.C.C. Fundraising Acct. #836511;
$200 for refreshments from the I.C.C. Club Support Acct. #836515 and the $200
Rotaract budget request for the VIP Lounge from the I.C.C. Club Support Acct.
#836515 as presented. Motion passed.

A. I.C.C. Homecoming – Nicole Teixeira, Walter Mendez, Lucy Rivera and Ana Safazada
1. Review of Homecoming activities – 10 days until Homecoming!
2. Queen/King candidates announced
3. Club banner contest – judging at Pep Rally on November 11th – prizes!!!
4. Spirit Week activities – Nov. 11th, 12th & 13th
5. Football Game & Homecoming Halftime Parade – Sat., Nov. 15th at 6:00pm
6. Homecoming Dance – Sat., Nov. 15th 9:30pm-1:00am - advance ticket sales
B. I.C.C. Children’s Holiday Party – Brandon Davis and Ana Safazada
1. Club participation- craft tables and other volunteer opportunities.

A. Cabinet and Finance Committee Meeting – Monday, November 10th at 12pm in the I.C.C.
Office. Club Budget Requests for approval at the next I.C.C. meeting are due on Friday,
Nov. 7th (see ICC Club Budget Request Procedures)
