Call to Order/Welcome
Walter Mendez (I.C.C. President) called the meeting to order at 12:06. Quorum was
established.

1. The president appointed Jennifer Lee as the I.C.C. Secretary
 It was moved by I.C.C. Secretary and seconded by the Sociology Club to ratify
the appointment of Jennifer Lee as I.C.C. Secretary. Motion passed.
B. Approval of Finance Committee Recommendation – Igor Letitchevski
1. Approval of the Native American Club budget request for up to $1500 from ICC
Club Support Account #836515 for the 11th Annual All Nations Powwow on April 4
and 5, 2009.


It was moved by African American Students Society and seconded by the
Chinese Club to approve the recommendation of the I.C.C. Finance Committee
of up to $1500 from ICC Club Support Account #836515 for the 11th Annual All
Nations Powwow on April 4 and 5, 2009. Motion passed.
