Approval of Agenda
3.1 Motion to approve the agenda made by Angie Taylor. Seconded by Glafira Carr. Motion passed.

Approval of Minutes
4.1 Motion to approve the minutes made by Felicia Mack. Seconded by Ivan Alcantar. Motion passed.
V.
New Business
5.1 Approval of the Society of Women Engineers as a club
5.1 The Cabinet/Council discussed the approval of the Society of Women Engineers as a club. Brandon Marshall gave a summary of SWE’s
purpose. After a short discussion, a motion to approve SWE was made by Ivan Alcantar. Seconded by Glafira Carr. Motion passed.
5.2 Discussion of Homecoming
5.2.1 The Cabinet/Council announced chairs for the Homecoming committees and chose a theme. A motion to approve Masquerade as the
Homecoming theme was made by Ivan Alcantar. Seconded by Brandon Marshall. Motion passed.

6.1 Discussion of Blood Drive
6.1.1 The Cabinet/Council discussed the Blood Drive. The Cabinet encouraged people to donate blood.
6.2 Discussion of Vacant Cabinet Positions
6.2.1 The Cabinet/Council discussed the vacant cabinet positions. Brittany Hubble announced that the deadline to submit applications for
the vacant cabinet positions was the preceding Thursday.

Finance Items
7.1 Approval of the budget for Homecoming
7.1.1 The Cabinet/Council discussed the $2000 budget for Homecoming. Motion to approve the budget made by Angie Taylor.
Seconded by Jesse Gomez. Motion passed.
Reports
8.1- ICC Member Reports
8.1.1 Shirley Mendence announced the ICC Fundraiser at Chicken Maison.
8.1.2 Angie Taylor announced fundraising for Bullying Awareness Month.
8.1.3 Brandy Bruce announced fundraising for a Triathlon event.
8.1.4 Brittany Hubble announced that the Career Fair was in need of volunteers.
8.2- ASO Report
8.2.1 Luis Mendez announced that 5 new ASO committees have been created.
8.3- Finance Report
8.3.1 Jonathan Sharp announced that there is $250 in the New Club Support Account, and $7000 in the New Club Support Account.
8.4- ICC Adviser Reports
