Meeting Called to Order at 1:03 pm – Quorum was established.

III. Approval of the Agenda
Jasmine Hormati stated that Sharon Asher needs to be added as a voting member and that
Russell Levine needs to be added as a non-voting member

Motion to approve the Senate agenda from March 22, 2012 as amended made by
Rebekka Asher. Seconded by Sharon Asher. Motion Passed.
IV. Approval of the Minutes

V. New Business
5.1 ASO Elections Calendar –Rebekka Asher
Rebekka Asher stated that this is the same calendar used in previous ASO
elections; however, the official campaign meeting will be held on a Tuesday
rather than a Thursday. All candidates must attend this meeting. There will be two
weeks to campaign.
 Motion to approve the ASO elections calendar as is made by Rebekka
Asher. Seconded by Kenji Tomoda. Motion passed.
5.2 Election Guidelines –Rebekka Asher
Rebekka Asher stated that the guidelines are the same as previous elections.
 Motion to approve the Election Guidelines as is made by Rebekka Asher.
Seconded by Eric Monson. Motion Passed
5.3 Elections Paperwork – Rebekka Asher
The other paperwork is information about the ballots and guidelines for poll
workers.
 Motion to approve the ASO election paperwork as is made by Rebekka
Asher. Seconded by Brooke Matson. Motion Passed.

Tech.
