Range filleting, heading. Performance criteria 1.1 Knife removal conforms with factory operating procedures. 1.2 Removal of nuts is consistent with identified thread pattern. 1.3 Knife removal is consistent with manufacturer’s instructions. 1.4 Removed knives are identified as matched pairs. Element 2 Sharpen factory trawler fish processing machinery knives. Performance criteria 2.1 Knives are sharpened in accordance with factory operating procedures. 2.2 Knives are sharpened in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications. Element 3 Replace knives in factory trawler fish processing machinery. Performance criteria 3.1 Replacement of knives is in accordance with factory operating procedures. 3.2 Replacement of knives is in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
