1.2
Allowable deductions are calculated and used in producing records of crew
members’ net earnings.

Payment of personnel is processed in accordance with established procedures.

Enquires from personnel are handled confidentially and any discrepancies
resolved.

Records relating to earnings and deductions are forwarded to company payroll
departments in a format which meets organisational policy and within a timeframe which enables prompt payment to be made.

Confidentiality of personnel records is maintained.

Documentation relating to crew pay is completed and filed or forwarded to the
correct personnel within agreed time-frames.
