‘story’ is used as a technical term and refers to any concept relevant to the video, not
just to a narrative plot.

Produce a paper edit.
Evidence requirements
1.1
Material for final cut is identified from footage in accordance with story
requirements.

Sequences for final cut are identified in accordance with story requirements.

Order of sequences is established in accordance with story requirements.

Edit material into required format.
Evidence requirements

Equipment is checked and any faults identified and corrected before editing
commences.

Equipment is set up to specifications for editing.
