Assessment of the implications for the owner in the business structure chosen

performance criteria

Preparation of a will legally documents plans for transfer of assets to chosen
successor.

Identification of methods for transferring assets prior to death enables them to
be implemented where required.

break up of the family, is arranged.

Options for retirement involvement in the business are defined, and selected
