Evidence requirements 1.1 Equipment is inspected and monitored to confirm safety and operating condition in accordance with organisational requirements. Range 1.2 includes but is not limited to – set valves. Personal protective equipment is worn in accordance with organisational requirements. Evidence requirements 2.1 Out-of-specification product, processes, materials and equipment performance are identified, rectified, and/or reported, in accordance with organisational requirements.
